Hello, citizens of Albuquerque and beyond! I'm evilmindy (no not really evil). With this blog I will talk about Albuquerque at least once a week. Now, I've started at the best time because it's Fall, the 2nd most wonderful time of the year, at least in Albuquerque. And for those of you who don't know what the 1st most wonderful time of the year is, it's Christmas. (duh!)
To kick off the blog, so you won't be confused, I will show you how to pronounce the name of this fair city. Al-boo-ker-kee. Please ignore the confusing spelling. Now, until next time, I'll go ahead and share a fun-fact about Albookerkee: the state motto, Red or Green, is refering to two types of chili we have here. You'll most likley be asked that at 2/3 restaurants here!
